Introducing the Huckleberry Haven Tiny Home. Basic functionality for our small family was the birth of this 20x16 footprint.

Step into this cozy retreat and be greeted by the abundance of natural light pouring in through its large double pane windows. The full-size bathroom offers comfort and convenience, while the compact kitchen is designed to maximize limited space. Think camper kitchen, not too small, but not more than needed.
As you ascend the steep staircase, you'll find a surprisingly spacious bedroom with two dormers, and a window in each end.
This tiny home is designed for those who crave a simpler way of living without sacrificing the simple necessities for families.

Base Price:  $30,000

INCLUDED:

  • 2x6 Exterior framing

  • 2x4 Interior framing

  • 2x6 Floor joists

  • White Plygem or Pella double pane windows

  • Insulated metal exterior door unfinished (with or without a window)

  • Tuff Rib metal roofing

  • Knotty pine T&G soffits

  • James Hardie lap siding or engineered board and bat siding

AVAILABLE UPGRADES:

  • Standing seam metal roof     + $1,500

  • 2x8 Floor joists     + $750

  • Feather River unfinished exterior door     + $400

  • Window frame colors other than white     + $2,300 (adds 6-8 week wait time)

  • Insulated sub-floor     + $1,300

  • Block stem wall foundation     + $2,500
